About - The Wisdom of POSDCoRB
The value of POSDCoRB was discerned after years of working in complex organizations. It was developed long ago by Luther Gulick (a practitioner) as a way to teach Public Administration.
Although usually applied to organizational settings, the "frame" is invaluable for developing personal patterns. The reason? In our society we are surrounded by organizations.
Purpose: To infuse individuals with the Chakras via POSDCoRB.
